About My Checklist

Chances are you’re reading this page because you saw your Checklist and you’re now wondering why and how you should use it.

We’ve put together all the important things you have to do in order to get into college.  If you saw something on the list you hadn’t thought about, then we’ve at least answered why you should use this Checklist.  (And if you didn’t, please tell us what you think should be on this list.)

While this Checklist does not guarantee a 2400 on your SAT (only studying is going to help with that), it can help you remember to the take the SATs (during March and May of your Junior year, and again in September of your Senior year).

So how do you use this Checklist?

Since the Checklist is basically everything a normal high-school-student-going-to-college needs to do, you may have already done some of these things, and some may not apply to you at all.

  1. Run through the list and check off all the tasks you don’t need to do, or have already completed, and click the buttons to update them.
  2. If later you realize you still need to finish one of these tasks, you can always “undo status change.”  This will put the task back into your to-do’s.

We hope you find the Checklist useful.  Come Spring, we’ll suit you up with the stuff to finish off during your Spring term.
